DHA City Karachi Tender: Energization of C4/C5 & HCC Street Lights (Sectors 4, 13, 12)

DHA City Karachi (DHAC) invites sealed bids under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for the energization of C4/C5 and HCC street lights in Sectors 4, 13 and 12. Tender documents are available from the Design & Contracts Directorate, DHA City Karachi, Super Highway M-9 from 2026-07-06 on submission of a written request, valid PEC registration and payment of the non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000. Mandatory requirements include PEC registration (C-4 or above; PEC codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, EE-05 as applicable) and active taxpayer status with FBR & SRB. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-14 at 14:30 hrs in the Main Conference Room, DHA City Karachi.

Sealed bids must be delivered to the Design & Contracts Directorate, DHA City Karachi by 2026-07-23 at 14:30 hrs. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 15:00 hrs; financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Bid security equal to 2% of the bid amount (Pay Order/Bank Guarantee/Insurance Bond in favor of DHA City Karachi) must accompany the financial bid.
