Key instructions and procurement details
- Tender documents contain detailed Terms & Conditions, procurement method, submission procedure, bid validity, opening of bid and evaluation criteria.
- Tender documents are available from SSGC LPG Head Office, LDC Building, Karachi Terminal (Opposite Safari Park, Main University Road) on payment of PKR 3,000 per set (pay order / demand draft in favour of SSGC LPG Limited or cash) Monday–Friday between 0900–1600 hrs.
- Requests for issuance of tender documents must be supported by: copy of GST & NTN registration certificate (where applicable) and any required undertakings on non-judicial stamp (as specified).
- Bids/documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes distinctly marked with the respective Tender Enquiry No. Physical bid bond must be deposited/submitted in the Procurement Department at SSGC LPG Head Office LDC Building before bid opening; otherwise bids may be rejected.
- Bids will be opened publicly 30 minutes after submission time at the address mentioned. If the opening date is a holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
- Quoted prices shall be inclusive of all taxes except GST/SST which must be shown separately. SSGC LPG reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids and to issue corrigenda/clarifications only to those who have purchased tender documents.
