Tender Notice: Framework Contracts for Medicines, Surgical Disposables & Medical Gases – THQ (MNS) Hospital Layyah (FY 2026-27)

Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Head Quarter (THQ) Hospital Thal (MNS), Layyah invites sealed bids from experienced, eligible Income Tax / GST / PST filers and registered partnerships, proprietors, firms or companies for framework contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27.

Key instructions and information:

- Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under Punjab Procurement Rules. Bidders must follow the procedures specified by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).

- Bidding documents and further details are available from the office of the Medical Superintendent during working hours and can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement website (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) until the bid closing date.

- A sealed bid must be delivered to the office of the undersigned by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-08. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee in favor of THQ (MNS) Hospital Layyah from a scheduled bank. Bids not accompanied by the required bid security will be rejected.

- Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-10-08 in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Medical Superintendent's office, THQ (MNS) Hospital Layyah.

- Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. NTN, Sales Tax registration certificate and other documents required in the bidding documents must be provided.
