Pakistan Railways Tender: Procurement of Materials for Thar Rail Connectivity & Signal Gear Replacement (EPADS Ref P102976, P102985)

Issuer: Signal Workshops, Pakistan Railways (for Chief Signal & Telecom Engineer/D&P Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Lahore). Funds reserved under FY 2026-27; Pakistan Railways invites sealed E-Bids (EPADS v2.0) from eligible bidders for procurement of goods.

Procurement method: Single Stage–Two Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and Authority regulations. Bids must be accompanied by the required Bid Security in the format specified in the bidding documents. E-bidding documents, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System). Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Bidders not yet registered on the new EPADS v2.0 are required to register at vendors.epads.gov.pk.
