Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for providing and installation of illumination of DBMS installed on Runway 35-17(R) at Bacha Khan International Airport (BKIAP), Peshawar. Bidders must be contractors/firms with engineering expertise/resources and valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in at-least C-6 or above with relevant code (EE-04, EE-06 & EE-11).

Bids must be submitted electronically via the PPRA e-PAD/E-Procurement system (https://eprocure.gov.pk) before the closing time & date. In addition, a hard copy of the bid must be submitted to the office of the Divisional Engineer ES & M, BKIAP, Peshawar.
Mandatory documents to be submitted with the proposal include:
- Original Bid Security in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority (as per bidding document requirements).
- Scanned copy of bid security uploaded on ePADS; original to reach before bid submission time.
- Certificate of Incorporation / Memorandum & Articles of Association or Partnership Deed / Sole Proprietorship and stamp paper Power of Attorney (Rs. 200) attested by Notary Public/Commissioner.
- Active Taxpayer List (ATL), Sales Tax and NTN certificate.
- Professional Tax Certificate issued by Excise & Taxation Dept., Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (if applicable).
- Valid Certification/Licence by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) i.e. C-6 (or above) with PEC relevant specialization codes (EE-04, EE-06 & EE-11).
- Affidavit on non-judicial stamp stating the firm has not been blacklisted by any Government, Semi Government or Autonomous Body (attested by Notary Public/ Oath Commissioner).
- Details of any arbitration/litigation of similar proceedings and outcome on non-judicial stamp paper (if applicable).
PAA reserves the right to reject all bids as per clause 33 of PPRA Rules 2004 (amended up to date). Pay Orders/Bank Drafts or other financial instruments must be submitted as per tender instructions. Tender documents will not be received by post; they must be submitted before the specified closing time.
