Islamabad Electric Supply Company – Project Management Unit (IESCO‑PMU) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for civil works to shift 132 kV DC transmission circuits between Sangjani (B‑17) / NIB and Tarnoil to F‑11 circuits at Faiza Housing Scheme (locations No. 53 to 59).
Key instructions: Single‑stage, one‑envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents. Submission and e‑procurement details are available in the bidding documents and via IESCO’s e‑procurement platform (EPADS). Bids will be opened on the bid closing date at the time shown in the bidding documents.
