Director, Veterinary Research Institute (VRI), Zarrar Shaheed Road, Lahore Cantt invites e-bids on Punjab E-Procurement System for supply of items for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must download tender documents from the Punjab e-Procurement portal, comply with the specified terms and conditions, and submit bids online.
Key instructions: single-stage two-envelope bidding; bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (in shape of CDR/Banker’s cheque/Bank Guarantee) to be uploaded online; all bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on the closing date; technical bids will be opened online at 11:30 AM on the same day.
