Issuer: Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Multan (DEN‑I). Electronic bids are invited on Pakistan Railway Composite Schedule of Rates for the year 2025‑26 under a single stage two‑envelope system (Technical + Financial). Contractors must have valid PEC licence, be on FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and furnish CDR in the name of the firm/agency.
Submission: Bids must be uploaded via E‑Paks Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS V2.0). In addition to e‑submission, original bid security must be dropped with the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Multan as specified. Technical bids will be opened in the chamber of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Multan at 12:30 hours on the closing date in presence of bidders' representatives.
