Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Directorate of Estate Management-II. Purpose: Open public auction of prime hotel plots in Islamabad for hospitality and mixed‑use hotel developments.

Auction date & time: 2026-09-26 at 10:00 AM. Venue: Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad. Brochure & registration: Official brochure available from One Window Directorate, CDA and designated bank branches (MCB, HBL, UBL, Askari Bank, Bank of Punjab) from 2026-09-15 and via the CDA website (www.cda.gov.pk).

Prime benefits & payment terms: 1-year flexible payment plan; possession granted on payment of 75% of total amount (with valid bank guarantee for scheduled balance); plan approval and building plan processing after 25% deposit. Rebates: 5% rebate on total payment if paid within 30 days; additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD. CDA will facilitate investors with services such as electric lines shifting, sewerage upgradation, land clearance, and other related services.

Special facility for overseas investors: Token issuance at least one day before the auction; payments accepted via Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) or local banking channels.
