IESCO Tender NCB-255 – Rehabilitation of 132kV Towers/Poles (Bagh to Hattian) – Bids by 2026-09-23

Issuing Authority: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) – IESCO-PMU. IESCO has reserved funds for FY 2026-27 and invites sealed bids for civil works under NCB-255 for rehabilitation of towers/poles on the 132kV transmission line Bagh to Hattian (locations No. 02, 03 & 18) located within the river-affected zone under upgradation of GSO network. Reference: P10644.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Bidding documents with detailed terms, specifications and eligibility criteria are available on the e-procurement system (EPADS v2.0). Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

- Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the e-bidding documents on EPADS v2.0. Submission cutoff: 11:20 AM on 2026-09-23 (bids opened at 11:50 AM the same day).

- All bids must be accompanied by bid security in an acceptable form (Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft) or as specified in the bidding documents.

- The procurement will follow the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected. Manual (physical) bid submission will not be entertained.
