Pre-Qualification Notice — Repair, Maintenance & Services for BECS (FY 2026-27) — Islamabad

Issuer: Directorate General of Basic Education Community Schools (BECS), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Pre-qualification of firms/suppliers/vendors for repair, maintenance and related services required during the financial year 2026-27.

Eligibility: Firms must be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax authorities, appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, and have relevant experience. Firms should be stationed at or able to provide services in the Islamabad/Rawalpindi area.

Bid Security: PKR 200,000 (Rupees Two Hundred Thousand only) in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the DDO, Directorate General of BECS.

Submission: Bidding documents, terms & conditions and specifications are available on the BECS website (www.becs.gov.pk) and PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). Interested firms must submit hard copies of bids/proposals to the address below. Firms may apply for one or more lots.

Notes: Due to the Framework Agreement model in ePADS v2.0, procurement under this notice will be carried out in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended). The Directorate General of BECS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers in accordance with PPRA Rules.
