Tender: Contractors Required for Renovation of Bank of Punjab Branches in Rawalpindi

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement). The Bank invites technical and financial bids from well-reputed organizations/companies for hiring contractors to carry out renovation works at specified BOP branches in Rawalpindi under a Single Stage–Two Envelope Bidding Process.

Key details:

- Bid documents are immediately available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and on the PPRA website after publication.

- Bids must be uploaded/submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2026-09-15 at 11:00 AM.

- Technical bids will be opened on 2026-09-15 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently at a date/time to be announced.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost to be paid/submitted through 1Link / Bank Guarantee options or digitally via registered PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).

- Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

- Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.

- This tender notice is uploaded on the PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), BOP (www.bop.com.pk) and Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).

- The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents.
