NADRA Hiring: Assistant Director (Legal) – Islamabad (Max Age 40)

Issuer: National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), Headquarters G-5/2, Islamabad. NADRA invites applications for the position of Assistant Director (Legal).

Key responsibilities and skills: support drafting and revision of rules, regulations and legal frameworks; implement compliance frameworks for data protection, privacy and security; conduct legal research and provide national and international law analysis relevant to NADRA functions; monitor regulatory requirements and assist in risk assessments; collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders on policy alignment; prepare legal opinions, reports and documents to support senior management; strong understanding of Pakistani laws related to citizenship, registration, data protection and privacy; excellent research, analytical, legal drafting and opinion-writing skills with strong written and verbal communication.
