State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) invites registered vendors to submit electronic bids for the supply of high-performance laptops for mobile application development and testing. Eligible bidders must be registered for e-procurement on EPADS, have Income & Sales Tax registration, and be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List.
Bids must be submitted via EPADS (https://www.eprocure.gov.pk/). Procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure (Rule 36(b)). A bid security of PKR 200,000 is required (scanned copy to be uploaded; original to be delivered before closing).
