National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab‑South Region (Central Zone) invites re‑submission of e‑bids for 20 routine maintenance works on national highways N‑5 and N‑55. Bids are invited from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department, appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration of Category C‑5 or above with specialization codes CE‑01 & CE‑10 as applicable.
Bidding procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelopes. Bidding documents (Method of Procurement, terms & conditions, etc.) are available for free download from the NHA e‑bidding portal from 2026‑09‑10. Prospective bidders must submit e‑bids via the NHA e‑bidding website. Technical e‑bids must reach the address below on or before 2026‑09‑22 by 11:30 hours. Technical e‑bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information shall be liable to disqualification. Financial e‑bids of qualified bidders will be opened in sequence; if a firm is declared lowest evaluated bidder in two (02) RM contracts of FY 2026‑27, its further e‑bids may not be opened.
