E-Tender — Rehabilitation of Metalled Road (Seyal Hotel to Husnain Chowk via Ghaziabad Chowk), Multan

Office of the Municipal Corporation Multan invites e-bids from contractors/firms registered for e-procurement with PPRA and holding relevant Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category/codes for the 2026-27 year for the following scheme. Manual bids will not be accepted; bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

How to Apply / Key Requirements:

• Download bidding documents (DNIT/BOQs) and submit bids only through the Punjab e-Procurement portal: ep.punjab.gov.pk.
• Contractors must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement website and hold relevant PEC category/codes for 2026-27.
• Bid security (earnest money) must be paid online through The Bank of Punjab via the e-Procurement system before uploading bids.
• If the lowest quoted rates are equal to or less than 5% below the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit a CDR/bank guarantee from a scheduled bank up to 10% as performance guarantee within 15 days of tender opening, otherwise earnest money may be forfeited.
• Contracting agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules.

Important: Representatives of contractors may attend the office of Municipal Corporation Multan (Mumtazabad Office) on the bid opening date. All procurement correspondence and procedures will follow PPRA rules and relevant circulars cited by the Municipal Corporation.
