The University will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids. Late bids will be treated as cancelled.
MNS University of Agriculture, Multan reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014; grounds for rejection will be provided to bidders on request. Response time shall be calculated from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
