University of Sargodha (Directorate of Procurement & Stores) invites bids for the supply of equipment, chemicals, consumables, glassware/plasticware and IT items for sponsored projects. Interested, registered firms on Punjab-eP (Punjab e-Procurement System) with valid Income Tax / GST registration must submit bids only through Punjab-eP.
Key submission details: bids must be submitted via Punjab-eP by 2026-09-24 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Directorate of Procurement & Stores in the presence of bidders' representatives. Each bid must include 5% earnest money (Bid Security) for each lot, submitted through the Bank of Punjab (online drawn) as per the Punjab e-Procurement Portal procedure.

Terms & conditions summary:
- Tender documents are available on the University of Sargodha website and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website. Bidders must participate through the Punjab-eP portal and follow prequalification, technical and financial bid procedures online.
