Punjab Highway Department Tender — Rehabilitation Works in Sheikhupura (3 Packages)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Highway Division Sheikhupura (Superintending Engineer, Highway Circle Lahore).

Purpose: Invitation of sealed/e‑procurement bids for three road rehabilitation/improvement works in Tehsils and District Sheikhupura under PPRA e‑Tendering system. Contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on the Punjab PPRA e‑procurement website may participate.

Key requirements and submission instructions:

- Tender documents and registration must be completed on the Punjab PPRA e‑procurement portal (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). The PPRA/Procurement website URL will show tender details and response time will be calculated from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA site.

- Bid Security: Upload earnest money on e‑procurement equal to 5% of the estimated cost in favour of Executive Engineer Highway Division Sheikhupura. Bids must be submitted online up to half an hour before the scheduled opening time.

- Performance Guarantee: The lowest evaluated/accepted bidder must submit Performance Guarantee (10% of bid amount) within 15 days of receipt of letter in favour of the Executive Engineer Highway Division Sheikhupura, in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee valid for 03 months beyond the completion time (extension if granted).

- Only online bids will be accepted on e‑procurement. After electronic submission, interested bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the office of the Commissioner, Lahore Division, Lahore on the bid opening date/time when bids will be retrieved and opened in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.

- Other conditions: Contractors must be registered with PEC in the relevant category. Documents such as CDR/Receipt/PEC etc. must comply with the published tender conditions; non‑compliant bidders will be disqualified. Recovery against cost of old material will be adjusted as applicable. All claims to be submitted electronically. Schemes executed under deposit work or through Municipal Committee / Zila Council will follow district administration rules.
