WAPDA Jinnah HPS Tender: Hiring Local Chemist for Supply of Medicines (12 months, Closed Framework)

Issuer: Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Resident Engineer, Jinnah Hydel Power Station (JHPS), Kalabagh (Kot Chandna), District Mianwali.

WAPDA invites bids from local chemists/pharmacies of Kot Chandna/Kalabagh registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for supply of local purchase medicines to employees of Jinnah HPS. Medicines will be supplied against Green Slips with rebate/discount on M.R.P. as per tender terms.

How to obtain bidding documents: Submit a written application and pay a non-refundable fee of Rs.1,000 (CDR/Pay Order/Bank Draft or online deposit) in favor of R.E., JHPS Kalabagh (A/C No. 158337100642), United Bank Limited, Iskandarabad Branch. Documents are available from the office of the Resident Engineer during working hours and up to one day before the tender opening.

Bid submission: Bids must be submitted manually to the Office of the Resident Engineer, Jinnah Hydel Power Station, Kot Chanda/Kotchandna on or before the closing date/time above. Bids will be opened in the Conference Room of the Office of the Resident Engineer, Jinnah HPS, Kalabagh, District Mianwali, in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.

Bid security and other conditions: Each bidder shall furnish original bid security (CDR/Banker's Cheque/Pay Order) in favor of Resident Engineer JHP Station (firm name must be mentioned on the CDR/B.C/P.O).
