The Bank of Punjab Tender: Hiring Contractors for Renovation of BOP Branches

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement). The Bank invites technical and financial bids under a Single Stage–Two Envelope Bidding Process from reputed organizations/companies for renovation work at the listed BOP branches. Procurement documents are available and bids must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-Procurement.

- Submission deadline (electronic): 2026-09-22 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-09-22 at 11:30 AM. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost to be paid/submitted via link or Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID on Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).

- Prices: Quote inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

- Eligibility / documents required: Valid NTN and GST Registration Certificates required with bids.

- Important notes: Tender uploaded on PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), BOP (www.bop.com.pk) and Punjab e-Procurement System. The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents.
