Bank of Punjab Tender: Hiring Contractors for Renovation of BOP Branches (Sahiwal, Rahim Yar Khan, Rahmay Shah)

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement). The Bank invites technical and financial bids under a Single Stage–Two Envelope Bidding Process from reputable contractors for renovation work at specified BOP branches.

• Tender reference: CPD/2026/T-142, 143 & 146.
• Bid documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA website and may be downloaded after publication.
• Bid submission method: Upload/submit through Punjab e-Procurement System only.
• Submission deadline (closing): 2026-09-22 at 11:00 AM (bids must be uploaded/submitted by this time).
• Technical bids opening: 2026-09-22 at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or authorized representatives who wish to attend.
• Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a later date/time to be announced.
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost to be submitted digitally via 1Link / Bank Guarantee options using generated PSID on Punjab e-Procurement System.
• Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
• Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with bids.
• Tender notice uploaded on PPRA, BOP and Punjab e-Procurement websites.
• The Bank will not be responsible for costs incurred in bid submission. Complaints can be filed via SBP Sunwai service (https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk).
