Tender Notice — Chief Traffic Officer Multan Procurement for FY 2026-27 (E-Bids close 2026-09-10)

Chief Traffic Officer, Multan invites e-Bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for purchase/provision of miscellaneous items/services for the Financial Year 2026-27. Registered suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agents/dealers/distributors (JV firms also acceptable) enlisted with Punjab e-Procurement System with PPRA Punjab engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & PEC etc.) may submit bids as per the e-procurement rules.

Key deadlines and submission method:

• Bids to be uploaded/submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal only.
• Last date/time for submission: 2026-09-10 until 11:00 AM.
• Technical bid opening: 2026-09-10 at 11:30 AM (committee will open bids in presence of bidders or authorized representatives).
• Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened at a later date/time to be announced.
• e-Procurement portal: https://epp.punjab.gov.pk. For tender rules refer PPRA 2014.

Bid security and conditions:

• Original bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (as applicable per lot) must be submitted in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of Chief Traffic Officer, Multan and placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with lot number and title.
• Tenders will be processed under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and in accordance with Punjab e-Procurement Rules and PPRA rules cited in the notice.
• Incomplete, conditional or bids submitted after the closing time will not be entertained.
