CDA City Sewerage Division Tender: 12" DIA Sewerage Line from State Guest House Margalla Road (F-5/3) to PTV Building (F-5/1), Islamabad

How to apply and submission requirements:

- Obtain e-bidding documents and submit bids electronically via EPADS v2.0. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

- Original bid security (CDR/Pay Order) in favor of DDO, City Sewerage Division must be submitted in person to the office of Deputy Director, City Sewerage Division, CDA (Room #147, 1st Floor, Old Naval Headquarters, Sector G-6, Islamabad). The bid security must clearly show the name of the company. In case of an authorized representative, submit copy of CNIC and attested Power of Attorney as required.

- Deadlines: Original bid security must be submitted on or before 2026-09-29. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-10-12 at 10:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders. Late submissions will be rejected.

- Bidders must follow single-stage one-envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding using Least Cost Based Selection and comply with Public Procurement Rules and CDA instructions. Full terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are provided in the e-bidding documents available on EPADS.
