Issuer: Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Public Health Engineering Division Bannu. Single-stage, two-envelope e-PADS procurement (MRS-2025 1st Bi-Annual) under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 inviting electronic bids from eligible firms for construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes in Southern District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Bannu).
Key instructions: Bidding documents and instructions can be downloaded from ePADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). All bidders/contractors must have registration with KPRA. Bidders quoting up to 10% below Engineer Estimate shall submit bid security equal to 2% of Engineer Estimate. Additional security requirements apply for bids more than 10% below and more than 20% below the Engineer Estimate as specified in the notice. Tender documents must reach the Office of Executive Engineer PHE Division Bannu by the submission deadline. No bank guarantee is acceptable. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
