Proclamation for Absconding Witnesses — Anti-Terrorism Court, Kashmore at Kandhkot (Special Case No. 122/2025)

The Special Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Kashmore at Kandhkot issues a proclamation under Section 87 CrPC read with Section 19(10) of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 in Special Case No. 122/2025 (Crime No. 32/2021; sections 324, 353, 397, 398, 427, 148, 149 PPC; 67 ATA). The named injured/witnesses are required to appear before the Court at the Government District Complex, District Kashmore Kandhkot within seven days after publication of this notice. Arrest warrants issued for their appearance were returned unexecuted.

The witnesses/injured named are: Sased Khan s/o Juma Khan Pathan of Sher Garh, District Mardan (CNIC 16101-9877398-3; mobile 0341630721) and injured driver Muhammad Asad s/o Fazal Mak Pathan, age about 24, District Mardan (CNIC 16101-242499-5). Notice dated 30 June 2008. Failure to appear will result in the case proceeding in their absence.
