MEPCO Tender 122/27 – Procurement & Installation of Asset Performance Management System (APMS)

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites e-bids under Single Stage One Envelope procedure for the procurement and installation of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) as per PPMC Specification No. PPMC-DS-01:2026. Material will be procured on FCS basis for delivery to MEPCO regional stores. Quoted rates must be in local currency and inclusive of all taxes, duties and GST.

Important submission requirements: bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS 2.0 (www.pa.epads.gov.pk). Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened publicly (in presence of bidders or their representatives) half an hour after the bid submission deadline using EPADS 2.0 at the Office of the Director (Procurement) Distribution, MEPCO Complex, Khanewal Road, Multan. Original bid security/guarantee (Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank) in favour of Chief Executive Officer MEPCO Multan must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender number and title before the E-BID submission deadline; a copy of the same must be attached to the e-bid. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
