District Council Gujrat — Invitation to Bids for Street, Drainage, Culvert and Pond Works (FY 2026–27)

Issuing authority: Chief Officer / Administrator, District Council Gujrat. District Council Gujrat invites e-bids from reputable and financially sound firms/contractors registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System for multiple civil works (streets, drains/nullahs, culverts, pond desilting, boundary walls, paths, road) for the Financial Year 2026–27. Firms must be enlisted with relevant departments, hold valid PEC license in the relevant category, active tax certificates, and active FBR & PRA status. An affidavit confirming the bidder is not blacklisted is required. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost (amounts listed below) is mandatory. Procurement will be conducted through single-stage single-envelope e-Procurement (Punjab).
