Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) invites applications for the post of Assistant Director in the Prosecution & Civil Litigation Department on a contractual basis.

| Minimum Qualification | LL.B or LL.M from an HEC-recognized university. Applicant must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 1 year. |
| Preferred Qualification | Preference to candidates who have completed Bar at Law qualification after LL.B or have obtained LL.M and proven experience in regulatory bodies, companies, or corporate litigation & practice. |
| Experience | At least 3 years' relevant post-qualification experience in corporate-related litigation and prosecution, including at least 1 year as an advocate of the High Court. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age 35 years on closing date. Candidates with at least 5 years' experience with a regulator may be eligible for a 5-year age relaxation. |
| Eligibility & Diversity | Applications encouraged from women, minorities, persons with disabilities, and candidates from Balochistan, Ex-FATA (merged districts), Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. |
