Issuer: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The SECP invites applications for one (01) contractual position of Assistant Director in the Prosecution & Civil Litigation Department.

| Qualifications | LL.B or LL.M from an HEC-recognized university. Applicant must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 1 year with active practice. Preference to candidates who have completed Bar-at-Law after LL.B or hold an LL.M with proven experience in regulatory bodies, companies and corporate litigation & practice. |
| Experience | At least 3 years' relevant post-qualification experience in corporate-related litigation and prosecution, including 1 year as an Advocate of the High Court. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age 35 years on closing date. Candidates with at least 3 years' experience with a regulator may be given age relaxation of 5 years. |
| Terms | Appointment on a contractual basis for a term of three (3) years, extendable based on organizational need and performance. Commission may consider regularization after completion of three years, subject to fulfillment of criteria. |
| Reservations | Posts are reserved for female candidates, minorities, persons with disabilities, and candidates from Balochistan, former FATA districts, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. |
| Selection | Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Selection will be based on a multi-stage evaluation process. SECP reserves the right to cancel the recruitment at any stage. |
