Eligibility & documents: Bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.). Bidders may also obtain bidding documents from the office of the Divisional Director (SW), Gujranwala.
Procedure & notes: Complete electronic bids must be submitted online. Electronic bid must be accompanied by 2% bid security of the total estimated cost. Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure shall be applied as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
