The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) invites applications for 1 post of Assistant Director in the Prosecution and Civil Litigation Department. This Islamabad-based position is contractual for a term of three (03) years, extendable on organizational need and performance, with possible consideration for regularization on successful completion of the term.

| Qualification | LL.B or LL.M from an HEC-recognized university. Applicant must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 1 year with active practice. Preference to candidates who have completed Bar-at-Law or obtained LL.M and those with proven experience in regulatory bodies, companies, and corporate litigation & practice. |
| Experience | At least 3 years relevant post-qualification experience in corporate-related litigation and prosecution, including 1 year as Advocate of the High Court. |
| Age Limit | Maximum 35 years on closing date. Candidates with at least 3 years' work experience with a regulator will be eligible for 5 years' age relaxation. |
| Appointment Type | Contractual (3 years) on merit; extendable and possible regularization subject to performance. |
| Other Notes | Applications from females, transgender persons, minorities, persons with disabilities, and candidates from Balochistan, FATA districts, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir are encouraged. Selection will be through a multi-stage evaluation process; SECP reserves the right to cancel recruitment at any stage. |
