Issuer: Lahore Development Authority (UD Wing). Sealed e-tenders are invited through Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) from contractors registered with PEC in the relevant category and holding valid eP registration, active tax status and other required credentials. Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure will be used. Bidders must submit Technical & Financial proposals online as per instructions on the Punjab e-Procurement portal.
