Tender: Energization of C4/C5 and HCC Street Lights — DHA City Karachi (DHAC)

DHA City Karachi (Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority, DHAC) invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for the energization of C4/C5 of Sector-4, 13, 12 (C-4) and HCC street lights.

Eligible contractors with valid PEC C4 or above (PEC Codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04 & EE-05) and active taxpayer status with FBR & SRB may obtain tender documents from the Design & Contracts Directorate, DHA City Karachi (Super Highway M-9) from 6 July 2026 on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000 (Pay Order in favour of DHA City Karachi). Pre-bid meeting: 14 July 2026, 1430 hrs. Bids must be delivered by 23 July 2026, 1430 hrs; technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1500 hrs. Bid security (2% of bid amount) in the form of Pay Order/Bank Guarantee/Insurance Bond in favour of DHA City Karachi must accompany the financial bid.
