IDAP Pre-Qualification: General Contractor for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Genetics & Blood Diseases & Bone Marrow Transplantation, Lahore

Issuer: Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP). IDAP invites pre-qualification (PQ) proposals from Punjab e-Procurement System registered contractors for the appointment of a General Contractor for construction and associated works for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Genetics & Blood Diseases and Bone Marrow Transplantation (Nawaz Sharif Medical District), Lahore.

Scope: Construction of buildings and infrastructure development including civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical & fire-fighting works, external development works and deployment of necessary material, labour, formwork, tools & machinery as required for the project.

How to apply: PQ documents and conditions are available for registered participants on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website. Prospective applicants must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit PQ proposals through that system only.

Deadline & Opening: PQ proposals must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-10-06 by 03:00 PM. Proposals will be opened the same day on the Punjab e-Procurement System at 03:30 PM. Late submissions will not be considered. Subject advertisement was published on the PPRA website dated 2026-09-02.
