Important dates & submission details: PQ proposals must be submitted on the Punjab e‑Procurement System on or before 2026-10-06 at 03:00 PM. Pre-qualification proposals will be opened the same day on the Punjab e‑Procurement System at 03:30 PM. If the last submission date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered.
