Issuer: Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited. Notice under Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017 regarding the election of Directors at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM).
Purpose: Members are informed that the following persons have filed notices of their intention to offer themselves for election as Directors. The EOGM will be held on 2026-09-22 at 11:00 a.m. at the Royal Palm Golf and Country Club, 52-Canal Bank Road, Lahore, and will also be held through electronic means.

Notes:
- As the number of persons offering themselves for election exceeds the number of Directors fixed by the Board, Directors shall be elected from among the above candidates at the EOGM for a term of three years in accordance with Section 159 of the Companies Act and applicable rules.
- Independent directors will be elected in accordance with Section 166(3) of the Companies Act, 2017. The Board has reviewed the proposed independent directors and is satisfied they meet the requisite qualifications and independence criteria.
