MEPCO Tender 122/27 – Procurement & Installation of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) (Lots for Multan Region)

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) – Office of the Director (Procurement), MEPCO Complex, WAPDA Colony, Khanewal Road, Multan.

Purpose: Procurement and installation of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) as per PPMC specification No. PPMC-DS-01:2026. Single-stage, One-Envelope e-bidding procedure under PPRA Rules-2004 (amended to-date).

Submission method: E-bids must be submitted through EPADS 2.0. Interested eligible bidders are required to register on EPADS 2.0 and submit documents electronically. Manual bids will not be accepted. E-bids will be opened electronically half an hour after the bid submission time on the above date(s). Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Bid security / guarantee: Original fixed amount of bid security/guarantee in the form prescribed in bidding documents (Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order & Bid Guarantee) issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of Chief Executive Officer, MEPCO Multan shall be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the Tender No. & Title before the E-BID submission deadline at the office of the Director (Procurement), Dist. MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan.
