Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites bids in an open auction for multiple hotel plots across Islamabad. The auction will be held on 23rd & 24th September 2026 at 10:00 AM at Gandhara Citizen Club, F‑9 Park, Islamabad. Interested bidders should note the payment plans, possession and rebate terms described below.

Auction logistics: Date(s): 2026‑09‑23 and 2026‑09‑24. Time: 10:00 AM. Venue: Gandhara Citizen Club, F‑9 Park, Islamabad.
Payment, possession and approvals:
- 1‑year flexible payment plan available for successful bidders.
- Possession granted after payment of 75% of total amount (subject to provision of a valid bank guarantee for the remaining balance).
- Building plan approval after payment of 25% deposit.
- 5% rebate on total payment if paid within 30 days; additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD.
Facilities & investor support: CDA will provide necessary facilitation including independent approach roads and assistance with electric lines shifting, sewerage upgradation, land clearance and similar services. Special facilities for overseas investors include token issuance at least one day before auction and acceptance of payments through Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) or local banking channels.
