MEPCO Tender 122/27 – Procurement & Installation of Asset Performance Management System (APMS); bids due 2026-09-21

Purpose: Single-stage, one-envelope e-bidding for the Procurement and Installation of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) as per PPMC Specification No. PPMC-DS-01:2026. Material to be procured on FCS basis for MEPCO regional stores. E-Bids to be submitted via EPADS 2.0 (https://www.pa.epads.gov.pk).

Key instructions:

• Registration and submission: Interested eligible bidders must register and submit bids on EPADS 2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted.
• Bid opening: Electronic bids will be opened half an hour after the bid submission deadline using EPADS 2.0 in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
• Bid security: Original bid security/guarantee (Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bid Guarantee issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of Chief Executive Officer, MEPCO Multan) must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender No. & Title and delivered to the office of Director (Procurement) Dist. MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan before the e-bid submission deadline. Copy of the bid security must be attached to the electronic bid. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
• Documents & details: Bidding documents including terms & conditions, procurement procedure, submission of bids, bid security and evaluation criteria are available for registered bidders on EPADS 2.0.
