MEPCO Tender 122/27 — Procurement & Installation of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) | Bids Due 2026-09-21

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) — Office of the Director (Procurement), Distribution MEPCO Limited, MEPCO Complex, WAPDA Colony, Khanewal Road, Multan.

Purpose: Invitation for E-Bids (Single Stage, One Envelope) for the procurement and installation of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) as per PPMC Specification No. PPMC-DS-01:2026. Material will be procured on FCS basis at MEPCO Regional Stores. Quoted rates must be in local currency inclusive of all taxes and GST.

Submission method: Electronic bids via EPADS 2.0 (www.pa.epads.gov.pk). Interested bidders must register and submit documents on EPADS 2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened using EPADS 2.0 half an hour after the bid submission deadline. A physical original of the Bid Security/Guarantee (as fixed in the bidding documents) — in the form of Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of Chief Executive Officer, MEPCO Multan — must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender No. & Title at the Office of Director (Proc.) Dist. MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan before the E-BID submission deadline, otherwise the E-BID will be rejected.

Key deadline: Bid submission closes on 2026-09-21 at 11:00 Hrs (electronic bids). E-Bid opening will be half an hour after submission time on EPADS 2.0.
