PKLI & RC Rawalpindi Tender: HVAC Spare Parts & Medical Gases Filling (Published 2026-08-24)

Issuer: Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI & RC), Rawalpindi. Inviting e-bids from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for procurement of HVAC spare parts & consumables and for medical gases filling for PKLI & RC Rawalpindi.

Submission and bid security: E-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement / e-PADS system on or before the stated closing date/time. Hard copies of bids are not required. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount (separate for each package) must be paid through PSID and uploaded on the Punjab e-procurement system; the original physical bid security must also be submitted to the Administration Department, Ground Floor, PKLI & RC Rawalpindi, before the date and time of e-bid submission.
