Capital Development Authority (CDA) is conducting an open auction of hotel plots in Islamabad on 23rd & 24th September 2026. Venue: Gandhara Citizen Club, F-9 Park, Islamabad. Start time: 10:00 AM. Overseas investors facilitated; token issuance at least one day before auction.
Key payment & possession terms:
- 1-year flexible payment plan available.
- Possession granted upon payment of 75% of total amount (subject to a valid bank guarantee from local scheduled bank for the remaining amount).
- Building plan approval after payment of 25% deposit.
- 5% rebate on total payment if settled within 30 days.
- Additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD.
- Payments can be arranged through Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) or local bank accounts.
The CDA will provide necessary road access and facilitation for utility shifting, sewerage upgradation, land clearance and similar services.
