MEPCO Tender No. 122/27 – Procurement & Installation of Asset Performance Management System (APMS)

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO), Office of the Director (Procurement), MEPCO Complex, WAPDA Colony, Khanewal Road, Multan.

MEPCO invites e-bids under Single Stage, One Envelope procedure (PPRA Rules-2004, amended) for the procurement and installation of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) as per PPMC specification. Interested, eligible bidders must register on EPADS 2.0 (www.epads.punjab.gov.pk), obtain bidding documents and submit electronic bids through EPADS 2.0. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened online in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Key submission & bid conditions:

• All bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS 2.0. E-bids will be opened half an hour after the bid submission time via EPADS 2.0.
• Manual bids shall not be accepted.
• Bid Security/Guarantee in original for the fixed amount (as specified in the bidding documents) must be submitted in physical form — Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favour of Chief Executive Officer, MEPCO Multan — in a sealed envelope clearly marked with Tender No. & Title before the e-bid submission deadline at the Office of Director (Proc.), MEPCO Complex, Khanewal Road, Multan, otherwise the bid will be rejected.
