MEPCO Tender: Procurement & Installation of Asset Performance Management System (APMS)

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) — Office of the Director (Procurement), Distribution MEPCO Limited. MEPCO invites e-bids under Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure for the procurement and installation of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) as per PPMC Specification No. PPMC-DS-01:2026. The material will be procured on FCS basis and quoted rates must be in local currency inclusive of all taxes, duties and GST.

Submission method: Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS 2.0 (www.pa.epads.gov.pk). Manual bids will not be accepted. E-bids will be opened publicly in presence of bidders or their representatives; the electronic bids will be opened half an hour after the bid submission time by using EPADS 2.0. Interested eligible bidders are requested to register on EPADS 2.0 and submit documents on EPADS.

Bid security/guarantee (original) for the fixed amount mentioned in bidding documents must be submitted in the shape of Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order & Bid Guarantee issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of Chief Executive Officer MEPCO Multan. Bid envelope must be clearly marked with tender number & title and submitted to the office of Director (Proc.) Dist. MEPCO Khanewal Road, Multan before the deadline. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
