Tender No: GIKI/PD/MC-FCSE-1150/26. Sealed bids (Single Stage, One Envelope procedure) are invited from registered authorized dealers/distributors and manufacturers registered with tax authorities for supply and complete installation, including cables and other allied items, of the following air conditioners. A site visit is recommended to assess installation requirements (cable lengths, routing and allied items).

Tender fee (non‑refundable): Rs. 2,000. Bid security: 2% earnest money of the total bid cost. Bids must reach the undersigned office by 1500 Hours on 2026-09-04; proposals will be opened at 1530 Hours on the same day in the presence of available bidders. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
