Issuer: Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute). Tender No.: CIKI/PD/FMCE/PSF-1153/26. Procurement procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope. Supply basis: F.O.R. (including installation, testing, commissioning and training).

Scope: Supply, installation, testing, commissioning and training for specified laboratory equipment and related items.

Eligibility & requirements: Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized distributors/dealers/suppliers, registered with EPADS V2.0, registered with relevant tax authorities, and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

Submission & fees: Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS V2.0 before the closing date and time. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is required and bid security/earnest money must be provided as specified in EPADS V2.0. Scanned copies of instruments shall be uploaded on EPADS V2.0; original instruments must reach the Procurement Department before the tender closing time.
