NHA Invitation to e-Bids — 3 Special Maintenance Works on N-5 (Punjab‑North, Central Zone)

National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab‑North Region (Central Zone) invites e-bids from eligible contractors for three (03) special maintenance works on National Highway N‑5. Only contractors registered with the Income Tax Department, appearing on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List, and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the required category are eligible to bid. Bid security equal to 2% of the Engineer’s Estimate must be submitted in the form of Pay Order / CDR in favour of “National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund‑Security Deposit)”.

Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procurement method. Complete bidding documents, instructions and terms & conditions are available on the NHA e‑bidding portal. Prospective bidders must be registered on the Federal/eprocurement platform (e.g., EPDAS/PPRA & eprocure.gov.pk) as required; manual (hard) bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements. Technical e‑bids will be opened online at the time specified in the bidding documents. NHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
