CDA Open Auction — Hotel Plots in Islamabad (12 October 2026)

Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites interested investors and developers to an open auction of prime hotel plots in Islamabad on 12 October 2026. The auction will be held at Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad at 10:00 am. Revised brochures and details are available from the One Window Directorate (CDA) and designated bank branches or from the CDA website.

Key terms & benefits:

- 1-year flexible payment plan with convenient installments.
- Possession granted upon payment of 75% of total amount (subject to provision of a valid bank guarantee for remaining amount).
- Building plan approval after deposit of 25%.
- 5% rebate on total payment if paid within 30 days; additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD.
- CDA to facilitate utilities shifting, sewerage upgradation, land clearance and similar services.
- Special facility for overseas investors: token issuance available at least one day before the auction; payments can be made through Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) or local banking channels.

How to obtain brochures & submit participation: Revised brochures can be obtained from One Window Directorate (CDA), designated branches of MCB, HBL, UBL, Askari Bank & Bank of Punjab (BoP), or downloaded from the CDA website (www.cda.gov.pk). Token issuance and auction participation details are provided by the Directorate of Estate Management-II.
