Municipal Committee Sheikhupura Tender Notice — Solar System (50 kVA) & Slaughterhouse Renovation (Closing 2016-10-14)

Municipal Committee Sheikhupura invites e-tenders from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors/firms for the following works under the Punjab e-Procurement / PPRA e-Tendering system. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and comply with applicable PPRA rules.

Key instructions: PEC valid registration in the relevant category/codes is required. Registration and tender submission must be done via the Punjab e-Procurement website (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx). Earnest Money (Bid Security) of 4% of the estimated cost must be furnished through the prescribed online bid security mechanism on e-PADS prior to bid submission. After online submission, contractors may attend the office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Sheikhupura, on the closing date when bids will be retrieved and the tender opening will be held in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Submission of fake documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
